Privacy Notice

This notice explains the limited information used by Muyeong Yun (the “Supplier”) to sell, deliver, and support Agent Eval Kit downloadable software.

Information received

Purchase intake may include the purchaser name, purchasing legal entity, country, internal user count, sender email address, and billing contact. Buyers should not email payment credentials, passwords, production secrets, private user data, source code, or government identifiers.

How information is used

Information is used to identify the purchased license, deliver the versioned archive and checksum, answer product-support questions, process refund requests, and maintain required commercial and tax records. It is not sold or used for behavioral advertising.

No telemetry

Agent Eval Kit runs offline. It does not connect to the Supplier, access a network, transmit contracts or evidence, collect analytics, or identify the person running it.

Payment processing

The payment service shown at checkout handles payment credentials, authentication, and related billing information under its own privacy notice. For PayPal purchases, PayPal provides payment services and the Supplier remains the seller. For Paddle purchases, Paddle acts as merchant of record. The Supplier may receive purchaser contact details, transaction identifiers, country, amount, and payment status needed to license, deliver, account for, and support the purchase. The Supplier does not collect card or bank credentials through this site or email.

Website data and contact

This site currently uses no analytics, advertising pixels, account login, or custom tracking script. GitHub Pages processes ordinary network requests needed to serve the site. Questions or correction requests may be sent to andudyun0504@gmail.com, subject to mandatory record retention.
