Terms of Sale and Software License

These terms govern purchases of Agent Eval Kit downloadable software supplied by Muyeong Yun (the “Supplier”). Payments are processed by PayPal or Paddle, as identified at checkout. When Paddle is used, Paddle acts as merchant of record. When PayPal is used, the Supplier remains the seller and PayPal processes the payment.

1. Product

Agent Eval Kit 1.0.0 is a standalone Python zip application that validates JSON task contracts and evaluates recorded JSON evidence offline. The purchased product is the fixed versioned archive, documentation, examples, checksum, and license stated on the order. It requires Python 3.11 or newer and has no third-party package dependencies.

2. License grant

Perpetual internal-use license rights begin after cleared payment for one legal entity. The Team License permits up to 25 internal users. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, resale, or public hosting of the software.

3. Delivery and payment

Prices are one-time fees shown on the product page. The Supplier releases the unmodified archive and its published checksum within 24 hours after the payment processor confirms a completed, cleared payment and the licensed legal entity is confirmed by email. Delivery is to the payer email and requires no account, meeting, or shipping. For PayPal purchases, the Supplier is responsible for the sale, license, delivery, and any tax obligations imposed on the Supplier; PayPal handles payment authorization and payment-network disputes under its terms. For Paddle purchases, Paddle handles payment, applicable tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks as merchant of record.

4. No professional services

The purchase does not include consulting, implementation, managed evaluation, source-code review, customer-system access, or bespoke changes. Email support is limited to installation questions and reproducible defects in the purchased version.

5. Security boundary and warranty

The software validates local JSON files. It does not execute repository commands, access a network, or collect telemetry. It is not a security certification or a guarantee of model performance. Statutory rights and the published Refund Policy remain unaffected. The supported version, vulnerability-reporting path, and best-effort handling boundary are published on the Security page. The release package and its dependency scope are described in the SPDX 2.3 JSON SBOM.
